The location was superb. i found many dining options within easy walking distance (a real plus for exploring!). the apartment itself was very spacious. It included a full kitchen. i liked the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
the check-in process wasn't very smooth. i found the staff member quite rude and impatient (this wasn't a great first impression). they didn't inform me about the toiletries during check-in. i found this information was missing.

our suite had a washer and dryer, super convenient. the front desk staff were professional and friendly. the movie room and lobby area were cozy and had lots of seating, a great bonus. the hotel offers an excellent car service, it was reliable and the driver was nice.
i was not allowed to check in early even though the room was likely vacant, the refrigerator was not working. the temperature was too high and i was accused of raising my voice when i complained, not a great start.

the suite seemed like a one bedroom apartment with large square footage. it included a decent kitchen and 1.5 baths. i also had two televisions with many channels. everything was clean and neat, i enjoyed it.

the one bedroom platinum suite accessible was spacious. the staff were helpful with directions. a washing machine and dryer were available..
the bedroom was too warm and i could not lower the temperature. the lounge area felt cold. the bathroom needed some updating. i noticed a lack of counter space.
